2025 saw Wellington Heads gaining a new trumpet player – Andrew Weir joined the band and proceeded to blow everyone away with great chops and even greater solos!!

Throughout the year the band performed regularly – every three or four weeks -  playing to enthusiastic audiences at a wide range of very cool venues:

·      Wellington - Pavilion Café, Capital Blues, Wn Jazz Club, Moon

·      Whanganui - Musicians Club, Porridge Watson

·      Palmerston North - Hokowhitu Bowling Club, Globe theatre

·      Levin - Tsunami, Firebird Café, Club Waitarere

·      Hawkes Bay - Hygge Café, HB Jazz Club
